My favourite cheat meal and weekend off

Don’t forget for a sustainable diet you need to indulge every-so-often to keep yourself on track. And most of the time your cravings won’t match your expectations.

Last week, I craved a Domino’s pizza ALL week, this all started when I received an email offering me 50% off, well a £20 pizza for £10 delivered to my front door, no questions asked. Suddening on a hangover (the power of marketing) I remember this offer and suddenly I am downloading the Domino’s App (which is really easy to use by the way) and ordered myself a LARGE and MEDIUM pizza with sides.

Not all to myself, obviously. I did share… some.

I did make some slightly healthy adjustments along the way, for example I chose a reduced fat cheese and the Italian pizza base which did not effect the taste in anyway.

Now, I am not condoning this behaviour, but every-so-often it’s fine and actually the belly ache I endured after eating zed pizza reminded me why I don’t do this on a regular basis, however it tasted SO GOOD at the time!
