Kirsten is a level three qualified personal trainer. She has nearly ten years of experience in the gym.
Since qualifying as a personal trainer in October 2017 she now realises nearly 80% of her time was wasted.
The recipe for success is combining strength training with cardio and a spot on diet.
She has been through a massive transformation in her own health, well-being and body image.

She is currently working full-time in a marketing department for a publication company in East Grinstead called CAT Media.
